​Natan 41 is a residential building located in the revitalized Hatikva neighborhood in Tel Aviv. The building includes three residential units, two of which are two-level units—one with a roof floor and one with a private yard. The building is situated on a corner lot that faces an intersection and relates to it.

The design concept of the building draws inspiration from two prominent styles in Tel Aviv—the White City and conservation buildings in Jaffa. The use of classic elements unifies the structure and creates a harmonious and natural feeling.

 

The materials used in the construction are natural materials with a focus on texture and ecology. Among other things, these include ecological plaster, the incorporation of built-in vegetation in the building's design, and the introduction of natural sunlight into the staircase and the apartments
