Planning and interior design were carried out at the Kafit restaurant, situated in the heart of the Jerusalem University Botanical Gardens, within a curved building that overlooks a lake.

The design principles were founded on several key elements: the use of natural materials, the incorporation of the botanical garden into the restaurant's interior, and the infusion of a warm, homely ambiance. Therefore, the material palette included natural elements such as wood, concrete, iron, brass, and a grayish-green color scheme.

The unique architectural structure lends itself to creating various rhythms and changing directionalities, each of which is revealed differently from different angles.
The restaurant enjoys abundant natural sunlight during the day and features advanced hydroponic systems for the cultivation of live plants.
